We are all trying to save money some how.
Many of us are already on tight budgets and stretching our dollars as far as they will go! I've read lots of posts on how to save money on groceries and gas lately.

I hope you had an awesome adventure(s) at CVS this week! I know I did!

I did 4 transactions. ALL at the same time thanks to the lovely cashier I worked with this week! :)
She absolutely cracked me up! She was so excited when I got to the register. She said,"Oh! I love it when you shop here!" I told here that I had 4 transactions and asked her if she minded. She said no and that she loved to watch and see what all I would get! (Don't cha just LOVE that?!?)

Anywho - she kept ringing and she was so floored. She kept interacting with the old man behind me and saying, "Don't you wish you could do like this?" He got excited too and told her that he hoped she'd ring his up like that! She just kept going on and on about how great it was and so I asked her if she ever got on the internet and I told her about this blog. I told her she could be doing this herself. So I wrote down the web address for her! It was so funny! I will ALWAYS go to this CVS now. She makes my trip even better! :)

CVS Buy 2 get one free applies to the CVS supreme diapers. I tested it at my store and they rang up 2 at 8.99 with the third one free. The sale is kind of confusing and several things at my store are not marked that are indeed on sale.

This is JUST FOR YOU. (HEHEHE!) Okay, you guys can have it too!

That's it. Easy peasy! One thing I have learned though. It remembers which codes you have used so you can only use each code ONCE (on the same credit card). Of course, if you have more than one card... You can use each code ONCE ...on each card. :)

Frugal Freebies and Deals gives a great explanation...and although I can't use it YET... it is a wonderful resource I wanted to pass on.

Basically it a a website that you can give away and get gently use baby stuff. You sign up to be a member of a group in your area and then trade away. Right now there are about 10 groups and it looks like it is growing.

There are groups in Cleveland, Nashville, Seattle, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Los Angeles, New York City, Atlanta, DC, Philly, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Dallas and Detroit.

If you join the group within the 1st month of it's existence you lifetime membership is free- after that is is $4.95.

The Cleavland, Nashville and Seattle areas are free to join until May 31, 2008.

I have be reworking my layout tonight to make it more readable as the consensus was that it was really hard to read with the black background. If you missed it go here (like 64 of you chimed in on whether or not you liked the black background). After a little looking around I settled on this one. It is still black like I like it, and pretty simple I think. But, it is white where the text is, hopefully making it more readable for those of you who thought the black was making you go blind! :)

I hope you like it! And, I hope your able to read, read, read! :)

I have lost a few things in the process and will be working to fix it over the next few days. Please bear with me as I only have the evenings to work on it!
