I love seeing how other people save and how creative you can be with your coupons to score the stuff your family needs... So with that in mind let's play DRUGSTORE DIVA'S!
Okay, since I am at home for the summer, thanks to being a teacher, Walgreen's & Rite-Aid are too far away. They are right down the road (think 1 minute) from the school where I work but that is now 45 minutes away! So, no Walgreen's or Rite-aid for me for now... unless I have other reasons to drive in that far-combining trips is the only way to go with these gas prices!
But, how about you? I know that $5/$20 was out there today, so who took advantage of it? Let's hear about those Drugstore Deals!!!

I am new to this. But my first stop was Walgreens ( I did not do the $5/$20 deal today) I did 4 transactions the other day.
1st one: (2)Samy Hair Spray
$3.99 each
-(2)$2MC=
OOP $4.52 w/tax + received $5RR
2nd one: same as above receiving another $5RR
3rd transaction:
(4)12 pack Coke 4/$13
-$1MC-$5RR-$5RR=
Total OOP $2.39 + received $3RR
4th Transaction:
Therm-M $4.99
(3) Reynolds Wrap .89 each
(3) Jello .39 each
Gillette Fusion shaving $1.99
- $6.05MC - 3RR=
Total OOP: $2.27( plus $4.99 back in SCR)
Total of all 4 transactions including tax is: $8.71 YEA!!

My trip to walgreens went pretty well.
Scrubbing Bubbles Shower Cleaner $19.99-$5 rebate - $7 Mfg. coupon =$9
Theragran vitamins $4.99-$4.99 rebate-$4.00 pharmacy coupon =profit
(5) Pringles .75=$3.75
Electrosol tabs $2.99-$1.00 rebate-.75 mfg. coupon =1.24
-$5/20
Grand Total OOP $17.39
Can't wait to get those rebates back! I believe I'll break even on this trip.
