Fix Quix - Go To Meals for Busy Weeknights

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Fix Quix. All opinions are 100% mine.

If you are like me - and most moms! - getting dinner on the table needs to be quick, not another chore on the to-do list. At least a few weeknights each week I am rushed. Lucky for me I use a meal plan to help me know exactly what to prepare so that I am not guessing, or worse, wasting my money on a fast food drive through.

Every mom needs to have a few "quick meal tricks" up her sleeve. These are go to meals you have laying in wait for those days when you forget to thaw out dinner. Even those of us who have meal plans have a rough day or two each week when you forget to lay out the meat to defrost or you're just too pooped to prepare what you had in mind.

I have a few such meals that I go to like, tuna casserole, frozen lasagna, fish, chicken croquettes, frittata, quiche, breakfast for dinner, and quesadillas to name a few. If you'll notice these are all things that can be made with canned of pre-cooked meat - no need to defrost.

There are a couple of options out there for pre-cooked/prepared meats. One of them is Buddig's new Fix Quix. Fix Quix are a great way to add healthy protein to salads, omelets, casseroles, pasta or any other favorite dish. Fix Quix comes in several varieties such as grilled chicken, oven roasted turkey, and smoked ham. They are conveniently pre-cubed into individual portions in grab-and-go packaging making them great item to throw in a lunch bag as well for things like sandwiches, or salads.

Fix Quix is also low in calories and low in fat with NO trans fat, certified by the American Heart Association. In addition it has no artificial colors, and is gluten free!

This product is currently available in Texas, Arizona, and St. Louis in the refrigerated meat section of your local grocery store. If you live in one of those areas then be sure to access the Online coupon for $1 off! AND, look for another money saving coupon inside the box for your next purchase!
