The glade warmers at my Kroger were $1.89 each w/ the BOGO deal.
I bought 4 of them for $3.78 total and then got $8 back in catalinas.
A profit of over $4 AND a great smelling home! :)

There is also a printable coupon for these warmers (I have a feeling that I might be talking about a different type than you posted about... but these produced the catalinas as well) here...
