I have tried the Clean and Clear coupon with the travel size and one time, I had no problems. The most recent time, the cashier would not accept the coupon because the register would not take it. I asked for a manager and the manager said if the register does not automatically accept the coupon, they cannot take it. I asked if they could adjust the coupon to reflect the actual price paid and she said no. So I guess it is hit or miss!
I was at Target yesterday and was told they are cracking down on the coupons from A Full Cup. Target is claiming they are fake coupons.
I had the same thing happen to me at Target yesterday. They would not accept the Pampers coupons at all. They had signs up about internet coupons that looked like those and said they were fradulent.
Hmmmm... My husband and I went Targeting yesterday evening and got an amazing deal on diapers/wipes/etc. Check it out on my blog at http://borderlandsoffaith.blogspot.com/2008/07/target-diaperwipes-deal.html.
I had a really friendly and efficient cashier wo didn't bat an eye when she scanned my coupons, and they all scanned perfectly. I typically print my coupons in the highest quality, but in grayscale to conserve color ink. And I printed them all from A Full Cup.
I'm really sorry to hear you guys had trouble.
I just went to Target and got some great deals. The main deals I wanted to tell you about are:
Pringles (regular can with 25% more advertised at the the top of the can) were marked down to $1. I used 3- .50 target coupons, and the .30 off 3 Manufactures coupon from recent insert to get them for .40 a can!
Skippy PB (price drop) was 2.04 Combine with 1.00 target coupon for 1.04 for PB.
Keep an eye out for coupons on the top of the Lysol toilet bowl cleaners. Combine those coupons with the sale this week, and many bottles of cleaning products end up being under a dollar each.
