There is a blog called Etsy Secrets that etsy sellers can post coupon codes to for their individual etsy store. The coupons have individual instructions on how to use/redeem them and if there are any exclusions they are listed as well. You may not find anything for free or close to free, but there are some great % off or $ off coupons.
