Do you cloth diaper? Know someone who plans to cloth diaper and need a shower gift?
I recommend Smartipants - "The World's Smartest one size fits all reusable diaper." I have several that I use with Judah. It has saved me a ton of money and really it isn't that hard.
With a diaper like Smartipants the learning curve is very easy if you are a newbie - it is actually very much like a disposable. Only, you need to toss them in the washer (literally just toss them in - or dump them in straight from your diaper pail) and wash them with a little detergent. Then dry those babies and they are ready to go another round!
If you need to purchase some cloth diapers for your baby or for an expecting friend, here's another reason to do it now:
Smartipants is doing a "Smart for Haiti" campaign. Smartipants will donate $1.00 per each diaper sold during the month of February to the American Red Cross for Haiti Relief.
So, help yourself keep your dough in your wallet, save the earth from a mountain of trash, and help Haiti at the same time! What more could you ask for!?
