If you sign up for Earth Fare's emails, once a week you'll get a coupon in your inbox. A lot of times the coupons are for FREE food! If you aren't signed up you are really missing out on a great opportunity to score FREE groceries!

Another cool thing they have going on right now is their FREE PANTRY MAKEOVER. You just enter you name, city, and select which store is closest to you. Then create username and password (this takes literally 10 seconds) and you'll get a coupon to bring in to exchange 5 new or used products from your pantry for 5 new Earthfare label (organic) products!
The products you can exchange are:
