Gadget I can't live without, I call it a spatula, but I've been told that's not what it is. It's the thingie I use when I cook in my fry pan, to stir. It's not too long, not to short, not to flexible, etc. Just right. My mom has bought me many more since but none are 'just right'.
My favorite gadget for cooking is my chopping Knife...I love fresh fruits and veggies...lots of fresh garlic...mmmm I am making myself want to cook!!

The kitchen gadget I couldn't live without is my slow cooker. It seems so much easier to prepare our evening meal in the morning and putting it in the crockpot than having to make dinner at the end of the day!

My favorite kitchen item would be my dishwasher!! It seems to run all the time!!
THe item I use the most would be my can opener....I don't like the electric ones..takes up too much space. I don't like the flimsy little hand ones either...takes too much muscle on some cans. I bought a cadilac of hand can openers..easy open without muscle and strain. I also love my rolling pin, the type with spinning handles...I don't like the one piece molded types.
I must have my measuring cups and spoons. How can you estimate when baking? Keeping my fingers crossed to win!

Oh, how do I pick just one? There are a lot of indispensible kitchen gadgets I couldn't do without, but my favorite is my Kitchenaid mixer. I got it for a wedding present and use it so much it has a place of honor on my counter.
I love my blender! We use it for smoothies, soups, salad dressings, etc....

I love my ice cream scoop that I use for cookies, muffins, cupcakes, etc. I also really need some more measuring cups and spoons so I would LOVE to win this.

pizza cutter- obviously for cutting pizza, but we use it more for cutting bite size pieces of food for our toodler! Using a pizza cutter dosen't push all the peanut butter & jelly out of the bread like a knife does!
I can't live without my kitchen timer...I tend to let things stay in the oven too long so a timer is the best way for me to keep from burning my creations.

I love my metal flexible spatula. It is great for cutting Lasgna, pies, cake, pizza. I use it to get almost anything out of the container it is in.

My favorite is the spatula as well. I use it to stir, scrape, toss, fold...you name it, I use my spatula for it.
I just got a cookie scoop for Christmas and can't believe I lived without one for so long! It's so handy when making cookies. Hubby ordered me a Kitchen Aid mixer for Mother's Day so I'm thinking that might become a favorite for sure!
