My ad says $10 on any products "listed" and the soap is not listed, so I was curious if this would work.

Our store circular (ZIP code 70806) also says "when you buy any (2) Neutrogena Facial Moisturizer or Sun Care products listed get $10 extra bucks Extra Bucks® offer limit of 1 per household with card. thru Feb 21", and sadly, none of the listed products are anywhere NEAR as cheap as the Transparent Facial Bar. Would someone for whom this deal worked please post a ZIP code in your area so we can see what *your* weekly circular looks like??
I did this deal and it worked. My zip code is 62812. I have read of this working all over the U.S.

Oh BTW these bars were not listed on my weekly circular. I read that this was a hidden deal. Tons of people on Hot Coupon World reported this working. I decided I would try and sure enough it did.

well, the facial bars weren't listed in the circular and weren't tagged as being part of the deal in the store either, but just did this (70806 ZIP code) & it worked. i still had a $5.98 ECB from having gotten the 2 free tubes of Colgate, so that made the whole deal just that much sweeter.
