Alyssa at Keeping the Kingdom First and I are hosting a brand spankin' new show on Blog Talk Radio and we need your help to come up with a catchy name!
We're going to be bringing you lots of information on how to save money on your grocery and household budgets as well as thoughts and advice on how to raise baby on a budget!
If your show name is chosen, you will win a cooler with 4 family-serve entrees (meat and vegetable lasagnas, eggplant parmesan, etc.) from Michael Angelo's Gourmet Foods AND 10 free coupons to keep or give to friends!
Here's how the contest will work:
1. Leave a comment here (or on Alyssa's blog) telling us your idea for a name for our blog talk radio show. You have until Friday 1/16 at midnight to suggest a name.
2. On Saturday, Alyssa and I will combine all the names suggested here and on her blog and pick 5 (or more - depending on how many great names you guys suggest!) that we would be happy with.
3. We'll post the top names and then, you guys come back and vote Sunday through Thursday at 7:00 EST - that's your last chance!
4. The winning name will be chosen Thursday 1/22 and announced on our show at 8:00 EST! That person will win the 4 entrees and 10 coupons! Good Luck! And, I can't wait to talk to you guys in person on Blog Talk Radio!

Okay, I saw this contest yesterday and stewed over it all night. I'm a nerd, I know! And then I come back and someone took it! ;) I had thought of "cheap chat". Anyway, a couple others I thought of are "Perfect cents" and "Simply Centsible" or "Cheap Chicks". Fun contest!

ReplyDeleteWhat about "Talking Cheap?" or "Look Who's Talking Bargains"? I love that movie, Look Who's Talking, with John Travolta (well, all of the movies!). And since you are both having babies, I think it fits great!
