Tyson's Grilled and Ready Giveaway!

Tyson is introducing some NEW Frozen Grilled & Ready products that are fully cooked and 98% fat free! The two products in this new line up are Grilled Chicken Breast Fillets and Grilled Chicken Breast Strips.

This is a great product to have in your freezer for a quick, no-thaw meal! I hold coupon classes locally and one of the tips that I give my attendants is to keep products like this in your freezer for a night when you forgot to thaw anything out! It will save you time AND money knowing you have something like this on hand. Instead of freaking out and loading everyone up for dinner at the local pizza joint you can relax, pop these out and produce a quick, healthy meal (much healthier than your meal dining out) in minutes - and your budget is saved!

One of the biggest mistakes moms make when trying to trim down their grocery budget is not having some kind of no-thaw/quick dinner up their sleeves! You can quickly eat up all the money you have saved by shopping frugally when you forget to thaw dinner and you don't have a PLAN B. =)

One of the meals I like to make with pre-cooked grilled chicken strips is quesadillas. I can heat the chicken up in the skillet, throw it in a tortilla with some cheese, salsa, and cooked onion and I've got a meal in minutes! I usually cook up a pot of Spanish rice and chop up an avacado if I've got one to go with it. And, the best part is, with quesadillas you can make everyone's a little different (just like they like it) with no extra work for mom!

The grilled chicken is also a great addition to salads (and there are a zillion ways to mix and match your salad with all the great toppings out there). I love to add it to a homemade Caesar salad with fresh grated Parmesan! YUM!

There are so many other ways you can use this - just be creative and use what you've got to whip up a fabulously quick AND healthy meal!
